Cheap Charlies, an outdoor bar beer on one of Sukhumvit Soi 11's side sois, has been, unaccountably, a runaway favorite for several years with the farang hotel guests in the area. It is an inexpensive pleasant place to have a drink with friends & carry on a conversation, especially in these cooler winter evenings.
